European bourses closed positive on Friday but Dow -56 at 17690. Short term uptrend of Dow is weakening. Dow's future at the moment is -18. European bourses opened mixed.
Asian bourses were mostly down. Nikkei -37, shanghaiC -41, Hangseng -225. STI closed-9 at 3194. Volume was 1.6b shares. Gainers were 131 to 373 losers.
Tredn of STI is down.
Top volumes were Noble +1.5, GlobalLogistic -10, GoldenAgri -0.5, Memstar -0.2, Stratech +0.2, IHC -0.5, ChinaSport +0.2, Ezra -1.1, APAC +0.1, Charisma -0.2.
STI opened up but fell quickly to negative after half and hour of trading. It stayed negative for the rest of the session to close near day low. Blue chips saw more losers than gainers. The general market was down. with gainers to losers ratio at 1:3.
European bourses are starting to turn positive. Dow's future is creeping up but still negative at the moment.
