European bourses continued to climb higher and so was Dow. Dow closed +146 at 18740. Trend of Dow is starting to turn up. Dow's future at the moment is -46. European bourses opened marginally down.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +261, ShanghaiC -65, Hangseng -112. STI closed +24 at 2893. Volume was 1.2b shares. Gainers were 233 to 179 losers.
Trend of STI is starting to inch up.
Top volumes were TLV IPO closing at 28.5, Ezra -0.1, GoldenAgri +1.5, Yuuzoo -0.3, Noble +2, Mercator -0.1, NewSilkroutes unchanged, GlobalLogistic +1, GeoEnergy +0.1, SingTel +3.
STI opened up and stayed up for the whole session. It closed off its day high of 2904 at 2896. Blue chips were generally firmer. The overall market was also firmer.
Europe has started to turn positive. Dow's future still down at the moment.
