Europe and Dow were up on Friday. Dow closed +211 at 16094. Trend of Dow looking up after two consecutive days of gains. Dow's future is now -94. European bourses are down on opening.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei +152, ShanghaiC +23, Hangseng +260. STI closed+7 at 2584. Volume was1b shares. Gainers were 190 to 226 losers.
Trend of STI is seeing the first tick up.
Top volumes were InnoPac -0.1, Noble unchanged, Ezra -0.1, GlobalLogistic +0.5 Vallianz -0.2, SingTel +1, ChinaSports -0.1, HPHTrust -1, RexIntl -0.1, Ascendas Reit +6.
STI opened up and hit a day high of 2622 by late morning. It started to pull back after lunch and slipped further in late afternoon to close near day low at 2584. Blue chips closed mixe. The general market closed weaker.
Europe and Dow's future at the moment are down.
