European bourses closed down last night. Dow closed +37 at 26187. Trend
of Dow is still in the early stage of turning down. Dow's future at this
moment is -96. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -212, ShanghaiC +16, Hangseng
-40. STI closed -13 at 3534. Volume was 3.8b shares. Gainers were 165 to
263 losers.
Trend of STI is going sideways.
Top volumes were MarcoPoloMarine -0.8, Midas +0.6, AlliedTech +0.2,
HPHTrust -0.3, HoeLeong -0.3, QTVascular unchanged, APAC unchanged,
SingPost +8, SingTel -3, Falcon -0.1.
STI opened marginally down but went further down after half an hour. It
recovered to marginally down by lunch break. It stayed at that level for
most part of the afternoon session only to dip slightly down in the last
hour to close near day low at -13.
Blue chips were weaker. The general market also saw more falls than
gainers.
