European bourses were firmly up last night. Dow was down slightly, -19 at
24893. The falling trend of Dow is held back for the moment. Dow's future
at this moment is +89. European bourses opened mixed.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +245, ShanghaiC -47, Hangseng +128. STI
closed +37 at 3421. Volume was 2b shares. Gainers were 207 to 207 losers.
Falling trend of STI is looking to slow down at this moment.
Top volumes were MarcoPoloMarine +0.1, SingTel -4, Jiutian -0.3, OKHGlobal
+0.6, Genting -1, HPHTrust unchanged, GoldenAgri unchanged, ThaiBev -1.5,
AlliedTech unchanged, CapitaCom -2.
STI opened up but slipped to flat by lunch time. It recovered after the
lunch and continued to make gains through the afternoon session to close
near day high at +37.
Blue chips closed mixed. The general market saw about equal gainers and
losers.
European bourses are still mixed at this moment while Dow's future is up.
