European bourses were down last night but Dow staged a rebound to close
+567 at 24913. Trend of Dow is still down. Dow's future at this moment is
-235. European bourses opened mixed.
Asian bourses closed mixed after a firm opening. Nikkei +35, ShanghaiC
-61, Hangseng -272. STI closed -15 at 3391. Volume was 2.6b shares.
Gainers were 233 to 229 losers.
Trend of STI is still down.
Top volumes were QTVascular +0.1, Midas unchanged,Rowsley -0.3, Infinio
-0.1, Singtel +2, AlliedTech unchanged, Cosco unchanged, Genting -1,
HPHTrust +0.5, SinoCloud -0.1.
STI gapped up on opening but continued to slip down. It was still positive
when closed for lunch. After lunch it slipped further and was negative
after an hour of post lunch trading. It closed near day low at -15.
Blue chips were mixed and the general market saw about equal gainers and
losers.
European bourses are still mixed at this moment while Dow's future is down.
