European bourses were slightly up last night. Dow was -14 at 26049. Trend
of Dow is still looking up. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses mostly down. Nikkei -64, ShanghaiC -16, Hangseng -496. STI
closed -6 at 3204. Volume was 500m shares. Gainers were 92 to 153 losers.
Trend of STI is up.
Top volumes were ThomsonMed +0.1, Genting -1, GoldenAgri unchanged, RexIntl
-0.2, SingTel +3, MapletreeLogTr +3, YZJ +1, AEM -2, NetLink +0.5,
ComfortDelgro +5.
STI opened flat and moved higher. It was at day high at 3224 after an hour
of trading. It slipped slightly to close for lunch at 3216. After lunch it
slipped further down and close near day low at 3204.
Blue chips closed mixed. The general market was down.
