Trend of Dow is up.  European bourses opened up.

Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -219, ShanghaiC +15, Hangseng -92.  STI

closed +3 at 3317. Volume was 1.2b shares.  Gainers were 160 to 148 losers.

Trend of STI is up.

Top volumes were GoldenAgri +1, KepInfraTr unchanged, YZJ +1, KrisEnergy

+0.4, Netlink +0.5, MMP -0.1, SingTel -1, Genting +0.5, CapitaComTr -3,

HPHTr unchanged.

STI opened flat and hovered at this level before slipping down to close for

lunch -5.  After lunch it remained at the same level and moved up slightly

after mid morning to close near day high at +3.

Blue chips were mostly firmer and the general market slightly firmer.

European bourses are up at this moment while Dow's future is a bit down.

European bourses closed sharply up last night.  Dow was +53 at 26466. Trend

of Dow is up.  European bourses opened slightly down.

Asian bourses rallied with news of Trump Xi meeting in Japan.  Nikkei +378,

ShanghaiC +28, Hangseng +663.  STI closed +47 at 3286.  Volume was 800m

shares.  Gainers were 197 to 89 losers.

Trend of STI is up.

Top volumes were Genting +2, RexIntl +0.4, GInvacom +0.9, AsianPayTV +0.5,

mid morning.  After that it pulled back slightly and closed for lunch at

3280.  After lunch it moved higher again but hovered around day high. The

closing was at day high at day high at 3289. There was a slight dip after

matching and closed was 3286.

26090.  Trend of Dow is up but moving sideways at this point.  European

bourses opened mixed.

+122. STI closed -11 at 3212.  Volume was 516m shares.  Gainers were 113 to

157 losers.

slid back to close for lunch flat.  After lunch it tried to move up but

unable to do so. It then slid back further to close at 3212.

Blue chips were firmer but the general market was weaker.

European bourses closed up but flat last night.  Dow closed was +102 at

26107.  Trend of Dow is up.  European bourses opened up.

Asian bourses closed mostly down.  Nikkei +83, ShanghaiC -29, Hangseng

-176.  STI closed -6 at 3215.  Volume was 544m shares.  Gainers were 124 to

142 losers.

Trend of STI is up.
