Dow and Europe were down last night.
Dow -129 at 15130. Dow's trend is down. Dow's future is now +48,
Europe opened up.
Asian bourses recovered slightly. Nikkei
+29. Shanghai and Hongkong both closed for China's National Day. STI closed
+13 at 3181. Volume was 3.8b shares. Gainers were 255 to 223 losers.
Trend of STI is sliding down.
Top volumes were YHM +0.1, SingHaiyi
+0.1, Hankore +0.7, Albedo +0.2, Ipco +0.1, EMSEner +0.3, Rowsley -23(ex
bonus), SeeHS +5.5, MDevt unchanged, MetechInt +0.2.
Market opened up and remained up the
whole day after yesterday's sell down. It closed at day low given
the shut down of US Govt. Blue chips were slightly firmer. Penny
and speculatives were mostly green.
Despite the failure of Obamacare to
get approval from the Senate, it is becoming a non event. The exaggerated
fear is slipping away. Europe opens up and Dow's future is also up.
