Europe and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +165 at 17723. The short term downtrend is turning up slightly. Dow's future at the moment is +64. European bourses opened up strongly.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei +452, ShanghaiC +44, Hangseng +654. STI closed +72 at 2886. Volume was 1.9b shares. Gainers were 308 to 153 losers.

Top volumes were Ezra +0.4, Ezion +2.5, Noble +1.5, RexIntl +0.2, TechOil&Gas +0.6, Annica unchanged, Magnus unchanged, Vallianz +0.1, Genting +2.5, SingTel +13.
STI opened up and continued to climb through the day to close near day high. Blue chips were mostly up with banks making good two digit gains. The general market was also up.
Europe and Dow's future are up at this moment pointing to a good closing tonight.
