European bourses and Dow closed down on Friday. Trend of Dow is turning
down. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -171, ShanghaiC -21, Hangseng
-131. STI closed -34 at 3323. Volume was 871m shares. Gainers were 112
to 272 losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were APAC -0.1, Genting +1, YZJ -3, GoldenAgri unchanged, Ezion
-0.5, AddValue -0.3, SingTel unchanged, JasperInv -0.1, SuntecReit
unchanged, AscendasReit -1.
STI opened down but pulled back slightly for a short while before sliding
down again to close at morning low for lunch. After lunch it recovered
some lost ground to close near day high at -34. Day low was -57.
Blue chips were mostly down. The general market was also down.
