Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -158, ShanghaiC -30, Hangseng
-377. STI closed -25 at 3263. Volume was 1.9b shares. Gainers were 131 to
246 losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were Ezion -0.1, Nobel +3.4, AdvanceSCT unchanged, DISA +0.1,
Genting -3, NicoSteel unchanged, YZJ -3, Metech +0.1, SingTel -1, Falcon
+0.4.
STI opened marginally down. It fell a bit more to close for lunch. After
lunch if continued to slide down only to close slightly off the day low at
-25.
Blue chips were mostly down. The general market was down.
