European bourses and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +159 at 26406.
Trend of Dow is looking up after a golden crossing. European bourses
opened up.
Asian bourses closed mostly marginally up. Nikkei +1, ShanghaiC -2,
Hangseng +70. STI closed +7 at 3183. Volume was 1.6b shares. Gainers were
161 to 173 losers.
Trend of STI is looking up.
Top volumes were RexIntl +0.3, Ezion unchanged, Genting unchanged,
MapletreeLogTr -2, KrisEnergy +0.3, YZJ +3, AusGroup +0.1, Jiutian +0.1,
Cosco +3, ThaiBev +2.
STI opened marginally up but dipped to negative quickly. It then moved up
and down slightly from positive to negative throughout the day and closed
marginally up.
There were more gainers than losers among the blue chips. The general
market was a bit weaker.
