European bourses closed mixed last night. Dow was closed. Dow's future is
up at this moment. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei -23, ShanghaiC +30, Hangseng -261.
STI closed +3 at 3210. Volume was 1.4b shares. Gainers were 180 to 153
losers.
Trend of STI is still looking down.
Top volumes were RexIntl +0.4, NicoSteel +0.1, Ezion -0.1, BlackGoldNatural
+0.3, Jiutian +0.1, AEM +8.5, GoldenAgri +1, Genting unchanged, ThaiBev
+0.5 ChinaRealEstate unchanged.
STI opened flat. It moved to positive after half an hour but closed for
lunch marginally down. After lunch it turned slightly positive and stayed
that way for the rest of the afternoon on to drift down to close -1 in the
last half hour of trading. It then closed +2 after matching.
Blue chips closed mixed and so was the general market.
