European bourses closed mixed and rather flat last night. Dow was closed.
European bourses opened slightly down.
Asian bourses were mixed. Nikkei +42, ShanghaiC +1, Hangseng -104. STI
closed -3 at 3263. Volume was 1.1b shares. Gainers were 155 to 211
losers.
Trend of STI is up.
Top volumes were RexIntl -0.2, Genting -1, RHTHealthTr unchanged, Ezion
-0.1, ThomsonMed -0.1, LionGold unchanged, YZJ -1, Frasers L&ITr +1,
MapletreeLogTr -3.
STI opened flat, moved up to hit day high by 10am at 3280. It then slid
down to close for lunch slightly up. After lunch it slid down marginally
but remained positive. It moved up again in mid morning but could not break
morning high and turned back down to close marginally down.
Blue chips were slightly weaker. The general market was slightly down as
well.
European bourses are mixed while Dow's future is slightly down at this
moment.
