European bourses and Dow were down last night. Dow closed -73 at 25985.
Up trend of Dow is reversing. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -196, ShanghaiC -13, Hangseng
-124. STI closed -37 at 3213. Volume was 1.35b shares. Gainers were 161
to 249 losers.
Trend of STI is going down.
Top volumes were RHTHealthTr +0.1, ThomsonMed +0.1, Genting -2, RexIntl
-0.5, YZJ -3, Sunpower -1.5, SingTel unchanged, CapitaMallTr -2,
CapitaComTr +2, HPHTr -0.5.
STI opened flat but fell immediately and hit morning low in less than an
hour. It pulled back but failed to turn positive and closed for lunch -18.
After lunch it fell all the way to close at day low at 3213, -37.
Blue chips were mostly in the red. The general market was down.
