European bourses closed mixed last night.  Dow closed +8 at 25891.  Trend

of Dow is up.  European bourses opened up.

Asian bourses closed mostly up.  Nikkei +129, ShanghaiC +6, Hangseng +286.

STI closed +21 at 3281.  Volume was 1.3b shares.  Gainers were 232 to 156

losers.

Trend of STI is up.

Top volumes were RHTHealthTr +0.1, SembcorpMarine +10, RexIntl +0.1, Ezion

+0.1, Genting +1, Accrelist -0.1, MapletreeLogTr +3, ThaiBev -0.5, SingTel

+5.

STI opened up and hit morning high at 3285. It then slipped back to close

for lunch at +10.  After lunch it continued to make gains and closed near

morning high at +21, at 3281.

Blue chips were mostly green. The general market was firmer.

European bourses are up at this moment but Dow's future is slightly down.
