European bourses were down on Friday but Dow closed +6 at 27681. Trend of Dow is still up. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses were mostly down after Hangseng fell sharply due to the police shooting another demonstrator. Nikkei -60, Hangseng -750, ShanghaiC -54. STI closed -27 at 3237. Volume was 1.8b shares. Gainers were 153 to 312 losers.
Trend of STI is turning down.
Top volumes were RexIntl +0.6, AusGroup +0.2, GSSEnergy +0.9, CWXGlobal +0.1, MermaidMaritime +0.5, MarcoPoloMarine +0.1, GoldenAgri +1.5, MapleTreeComTrust -7, Singapore-eDev +0.1, TeeIntl -0.4.
STI opened marginally down but fell along the way. It closed for lunch at 3249. After lunch it continued to fall and closed at 3237. The day low in mid afternoon was at 3228.
Blue chips were mostly in the red. The general market was down.
European bourses are mixed Dow's future is down at this moment.
