Daily Summary 10 Sep 14
Europe and Dow were all down last night. Dow -98 at 17014. Dow's trend is turning down and not looking promising. Dow's future is now -24. Europe opened down.
Asian bourses were mostly down. Nikkei +40, ShanghaiC -8, Hangseng -485. STI closed -4 at 3339. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 182 to 281 losers.
Trend of STI is starting to slip down though fairly flat.
Top volumes were ThaiBev +3, APAC +0.1, STATSChipPAC +2.5, Digiland -0.1, IHC unchanged, SingaporeeDev +0.1, OLS +0.1, Mirach -0.2, Artivision -0.1, Jaya -0.2.
STI opened down, managed to climb back to positive in mid afternoon but closed back negative of -4 pts. Blue chips were slightly weaker. Penny and speculatives were also weaker all round.
Europe at the moment is down. Dow's future is also negative.
