European bourses and Dow were slightly down on Friday. Dow closed -44 at
26922. Trend of Dow is still looking up. European bourses opened mixed
and flat.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -212, ShanghaiC -78, Hangseng
-472. STI closed -38 at 3329. Volume was 726m shares. Gainers were 105
to 268 losers.
Trend of STI is turning down.
Top volumes were GInvacom +0.3, SingTel -8, ReenovaInvestment +0.1, YZJ -1,
ManhattanRes +1.8, Tritech -0.4, Genting unchanged, Chasen +0.2, CapitaLand
-4.
STI opened down and continued to fall to close for lunch near morning low
at 3326. Day low was at 3319, -47. After lunch it hovered at the same level
till late afternoon when it pulled back slightly to close at 3329.
Blue chips were mostly red. The general market was down.
