European bourses were down last night. Dow managed a small gain of 15
points closing at 26950. Short term trend of Dow is down. European
bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mostly slightly up. Nikkei +20, ShanghaiC +8, Hangseng
+60. STI closed +12 at 3155. Volume was 600m shares. Gainers were 205 to
115 losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were RexIntl +0.4, GoldenAgri unchanged, YZJ +2, Tee +0.2,
GInvacom +1.3, RenaissanceUnited -0.1, MapletreeComTr +2, Yventures +1.1,
Spackman +0.1, AscendasReit +4.
STI opened +18 points. It pulled back to a day low at +3 before turning
back up to close for lunch at +14. After lunch it slid down slightly to
close the session at 3155.
Blue chips were mostly up. The general market was firmer.
