European bourses were up on Friday but Dow closed -71 at 26820. Trend of
Dow is down. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikke -123, ShanghaiC -27, Hangseng +93.
STI closed -6 at 3119. Volume was 589m shares. Gainers were 140 to 201
losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were MDR unchanged, SingTel -2, Tee -0.1, RexIntl -0.3,
GoldenAgri -0.5, Genting unchanged, CapitaComTr -1, HPHTr -5,
MapletreeComTr -5.
STI opened -15. It slipped down a bit more before moving back up to close
for lunch at -8. After lunch it moved up a little but unable to move
further and finally closed at 3116.
Blue chips were a bit weaker with more losers than gainers. The general
market was down.
