of Dow is looking up. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei -71, ShanghaiC +29, Hangseng +385.
STI closed -7 at 3202. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 185 to 177
losers.
Trend of STI is looking down.
Top volumes were ThaiBev +0.5, NicoSteel unchanged, AEM +12.5, Oceanus
unchanged, GoldenAgri unchanged, Ezion -0.1, CapitaComtrust +3, YJZ +1,
SingTel -2.
STI opened marginally up and moved up a bit more to close slightly positive
for lunch. After lunch it drifted down throught the afternoon session to
close at day low at -7.
Blue chips closed slightly firmer. The general market was mixed.
