European bourses closed mixed last night. Dow closed +61 at 26125. Trend
of Dow is up. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei +25, ShanghaiC -32, Hangseng
-260. STI closed -18 at 3226. Volume was 2.2b shares. Gainers were 144 to
210 losers.
Trend of STI is weakening.
Top volumes were RexIntl +0.6, RichCapital unchanged, Ezion -0.1, SingTel
+6, Genting -1, Noble +0.3, Jiutian +0.1, YZJ +2, HPHTrust -0.5,
FalconEnergy +0.1
STI opened slightly up but started to turn negative after half an hour of
trading. It continued to slide down to close near day low for lunch, -25
points. After lunch it stayed at that level till mid afternoon before
pulling back some losses to close near day low at -18.
Blue chips were slightly weaker. The general market was down.
