European bourses closed mixed last night.  Dow closed +206 at 25289.  Short

term trend of Dow is still down.  European bourses opened down.

Asian bourses closed mixed.  Nikkei -115, ShanghaiC +11, Hangseng +32.  STI

closed +27 at 3081.  Volume was 800m shares.  Gainers were 165 to 178

losers.

Trend of STI is turning up.

Top volumes were Genting -1, AsianPayTv -0.2, SingTel +3, KLW unchanged,

Ezion -0.3, NamCheong -0.2, YZJ +2, CapitaMallTr +5, RexIntl -0.1,

GoldenAgri -0.5.

STI opened up and moved higher to close at morning high for lunch. After

lunch it moved up a bit more before sliding down a little to close near

morning high at +27.

Blue chips were mostly in the green but the general market was weaker.

European bourses are up at this moment while Dow's future are down.
