European bourses closed mixed and rather flat last night. Dow closed -28 at
25339. Trend of Dow is looking up. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +88, ShanghaiC +21, Hangseng +106.
STI closed +6 at 3115. Volume was 1.7b shares. Gainers were 157 to 173
losers.
Trend of STI is still up.
Top volumes were Ezion -0.1, Spackman -0.1, Vallianz unchanged, SingTel
unchanged, GoldenAgri +1.5, Genting unchanged, AscendasReit -2,
MapletreeLogTr +1, YZJ -2.
STI opened up and closed for lunch at morning high. It remained at this
level after lunch before moving up a bit more to hit a day high at 3131 in
mid afternoon. It then retreated slightly to close at day low at +6.
Blue chips were firmer but the general market a bit weaker.
