European bourses and Dow were up on Friday. Dow closed +139 at 25849.
Trend of Dow has broken up and on early stage of an uptrend. European
bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +122, ShanghaiC +75, Hangseng +383.
STI closed +15 at 3215. Volume was 800m shares. Gainers were 180 to 187
losers.
Trend of STI is about to turn up.
Top volumes were RexIntl -0.2, ICP -0.1, NamCheong -0.1, KLW -0.1,
ClearBridge +0.3, KepInfraTr +1, Genting unchanged, MMPResources -0.1,
ThaiBev +1, ThomsonMed -0.1.
STI opened slightly up and moved up a little more to close for lunch, +12
points. After lunch it hovered at this level for the rest of the afternoon
session and closed at +15 at 3215.
Blue chips were mostly green. The general market was a bit weaker.
