European bourses closed mixed last night. Dow closed -133 at 25673. Trend
of Dow is going down. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -153, ShanghaiC +4, Hangseng -258.
STI closed +2.5 at 3225. Volume was 900m shares. Gainers were 167 to 204
losers.
Trend of STI is slipping down.
Top volumes were NicoSteel -0.1, AusGroup +0.1, YZJ +4, SingTel -1,
CapitaComTr +4, RexIntl -0.4, Genting unchanged, ThaiBev +2.5, , GoldenAgri
-0.5, RenaissanceUnited unchanged.
STI opened up and was at day high in early morning trading at 3236, +14.
It closed for lunch a few points off its morning high. After lunch it
slipped down and hovered around flat for most part of the afternoon and
closed marginally up at 3225.
Blue chips saw more losers than gainers. The general market was down.
