European bourses and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +141 at 25658.
Trend of Dow is attempting to turn back up. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -50, ShanghaiC +26, Hangseng +161. STI
clsoed -2 at 3198. Volume was 1b shares. Gainers were 197 to 154 losers.
Trend of STI is sideways at this point.
Top volumes were KepInfraTr unchanged, ThaiBev +3.5, JCG +0.1, RexIntl
unchanged, SinoGrandness +0.4, Genting unchanged, YZJ -1, FrasersComTr
unchanged, TEE +0.3.
STI opened down but was level after an hour of trading. It continued to
move up and closed for lunch near morning high at 3210. After lunch in
hovered about the same level for most part of the afternoon and only slid
down a bit in the last half an hour to close at -2 at 3198.
Blue chips were mostly higher. The general market was also firmer.
European bourses are mixed at this moment while Dow's future is slightly
up.
