Daily Summary 10 Oct 18

European bourses closed up last night but Dow was -56 at 26431.  Trend of

Dow is showing a downward bias. European bourses opened down.

Asian bourses closed mixed.  Nikkei +18, ShanghaiC +5, Hangseng +20.  STI

closed -35 at 3131.  Volume was 1.6b shares.  Gainers were 110 to 279

losers.

Trend of STI is down.

Top volumes were NicoSteel -0.1, ThomsonMed -0.5, NamCheong unchanged, AEM

+2.5, YZJ -1, AddValue +0.1, RexIntl -0.1, PineCap -0.1, Genting -1,

FalconEnergy -0.7.

STI opened flat and turned positive for a brief moment before sliding down

to close at morning low.  After lunch it fell further through the afternoon

session to close at day low at -35.

Blue chips closed mostly down.  The general market was down with gainer

loser ratio at 1:3.

European bourses and Dow's future are down at this moment in time.
