European bourses and Dow continued its 4th day of gains last night. Dow
closed +92 at 23879. Short term trend of Dow is up. European bourses
opened down.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei -166, ShanghaiC -9, Hangseng +59. STI
closed +22 at 3180. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 209 to 138
losers.
Trend of STI is up.
Top volumes were ThaiBev +2.5, Ezion -0.2, RexIntl -0.2, GSH +0.5, SingTel
+7, YZJ +1, Genting +1, CapitaMallTr -4, MapletreeLog +1, AscendasReit +2.
STI opened marginally down but turned up to close at morning high at +20
for lunch. After lunch it hit day high at +22 before slipping slightly down
and hovered at the same level for the rest of the afternoon. It closed .
Blue chips were mostly up. The general market was also firmer at the same
level as day high, +22.
