European bourses were down last night. Dow closed +171 at 24576. Trend of
Dow is still looking up. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly slightly up. Nikkei -12, ShanghaiC +11,
Hangseng +113. STI closed +17 at 3188. Volume was 1.4b shares. Gainers
were 182 to 174 losers.
Short term trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were Genting -3, RexIntl unchanged, RHTHealthTrust -1, JCG
-0.1, ThaiBev -1.5, Ezion unchanged, YZJ +3, MapletreeLogTrS +4, packman
unchanged, GoldenAgri +0.5.
STI opened down but quickly turned positive. It then stayed positive for
the rest of the day. It closed for lunch at morning high. After lunch it
slipped down slightly but moved up to day high of +19 before turning down
slightly only to turn back up in the last half an hour to close at +17.
Blue chips were firmer but the general market was slightly weaker.
European bourses are mixed and Dow's future is slightly down at this
moment.
