European bourses closed mixed last night while Dow rallied up 435 points to
close at 25015. Trend of Dow is up. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +217, ShanghaiC +9, Hangseng +300.
STI closed +17.5 at 3192. Volume was 1.35b shares. Gainers were +205 to
153 losers.
Trend of STI is still sideways but showing first sign of turning up.
Top volumes were Ezion +0.3, QTVascular unchanged, Genting +1, RexIntl
unchanged, YZJ -2, Sincap +0.2, GoldenAgri unchanged, AEM -1.5, KrisEnergy
+0.1, CapitaComTrust unchanged.
STI opened up and stayed up for the whole morning. After lunch it slipped
down slightly but moved back up in mid afternoon to close off day high at
+17.5. Day high was +23.
Blue chips were mostly up. The general market was up.
