European bourses and Dow rallied on Friday. Dow closed +747 at 23433.
Trend of Dow is breaking up with the strong gain. European bourses opened
slightly up.
Asian bourses were mostly up. Nikkei +477, ShanghaiC +18, Hangseng +210.
STI closed +37 at 3096. Volume was 1.4b shares. Gainers were 261 to 129
losers.
Trend of STI is turning up.
Top volumes were Ezion +0.2, RexIntl +0.7, ThaiBev +0.5, Genting +3,
Jiutian +0.1, SilverlakeAxis -1.5, KrisEnergy +0.1, GoldenAgri +0.5, KLW
+0.1, SingTel +4.
STI opened up and stayed up for the whole session. It hit day high in the
morning at 3104. After lunch it pulled back and was at day low in mid
afternoon at 3084. It then recovered to close near to day high at 3096, +37
points.
Blue chips were mostly up. The general market was also firmer.
