Dow and Europe took a big hit from the Sino American trade negotiation.
All the markets fell sharply. Dow plunged 617 points closing at 25325.
Trend of Dow is down. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses were mostly down. Nikkei -124, ShanghaiC -20, Hangseng -428.
STI -10 at 3224. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 166 to 209 losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were Renaissance unchanged, GInvacom +1, AsianPayTV +0.3,
ThaiBev -1, Genting -0.5, YZJ unchanged, SingTel +2, Jiutian unchanged,
ThomsonMed -0.1, AscendasReit -3.
STI opened -29. It closed for lunch -26. After lunch it moved up slightly
to close near day high at -10. Day high was -7.
Blue chips closed mixed. The general market was down.
