European bourses and Dow continued another day of gains. Dow closed +250
at 26136. Trend of Dow has just cut upwards. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +114, ShanghaiC -3, Hangseng -60. STI
closed +10 at 3138. Volume was 773m shares. Gainers were 167 to 168
losers.
Trend of STI is trying to turn up.
Top volumes were LionGold unchanged, YZJ -4, RexIntl -0.2, Tee -0.1,
ThaiBev +0.5, Genting unchanged, SingTel +3, ESR Reit -1, AscottReit +2,
GoldenAgri -0.5.
STI opened marginally down but moved up from there to close at morning high
at 3139 for lunch. After lunch it stayed at the same level, moving up a
little to touch day high at 3142 before slipping down slightly to close at
3138.
Blue chips were firmer. The general market was mixed.
