European bourses and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +270 at 25899.
Trend of Dow is going sideways at this point. European bourses opened
mixed.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +195, ShanghaiC +39, Hangseng -16. STI
closed -3 at 3062. Volume was 826m shares. Gainers were 142 to 192
losers.
Trend of STI is still down.
Top volumes were LionGold unchanged, KLW -0.1, YZJ -4, RexIntl -0.3,
ThaiBev -1, SingTel +4, GoldenAgri -1.5, SuntecReit -2, Tee +0.1, Genting
unchanged.
STI opened slightly up and stayed at that level for the rest of the
morning. It closed for lunch at 3072, +7. After lunch it moved up slightly
only to fall back in late trading to close near day low at 3062.
Blue chips were mixed. The general market was slightly weaker.
