European bourses and Dow took a plunged last night. All fell sharply with
Dow -767 closing at 25727. Trend of Dow is down. European bourses opened
mixed.
Asian bourses closed mostly down but off their day lows. Nikkei -135,
ShanghaiC -44, Hangseng -175. STI closed -24 at 3171. Volume was 868m
shares. Gainers were 107 to 268 losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were Genting -1.5, SingTel +1, MapletreeLogTr unchanged,
NetLinkNBN -1.5, KeppleReit unchanged, AscendasReit -1, ReenovaInvestment
+0.1, FrasersL&I -4, CapitaMallTr -2, YZJ -1.
STI fell sharply on opening losing about 40 points. Low was 3145, -49
points. It then pulled back in late afternoon to close for lunch at 3175.
After lunch it slid down slightly and closed at 3171.
Blue chips were weaker. The general market was down.
European bourses are turning positive at this moment. Dow's future is also
up. Looks like there will be a technical rebound tonight.
