European bourses closed mixed last night. Dow closed -121 at 25778.
Trend of Dow is looking down. European bourses opened mixed.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +23, ShanghaiC -8, Hangseng -49. STI
closed -9 at 3059. Volume was 623m shares. Gainers were 134 to 229
losers.
Trend of STI is down.
Top volumes were YZJ -1, SingTel -5, ThaiBev -1, RexIntl -0.2, LionGold
unchanged, CapitaComTr +3, MapletreeComTr +6, Tee -0.1, SPH -5, SuntecReit
unchanged.
STI opened marginally down but moved up quickly to positive and hit day in
half an hour at 3079. It then slid back to negative by mid morning only to
recover a bit and closed for lunch at 3072, +5. After lunch STI fell all
the day to close near day low at 3059. Day low was at 3055.
Blue chips were weaker and so was the general market.
European bourses are mixed at this moment while Dow's future is slightly
down.
