European bourses and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +212 at 28957. Trend of Dow is up. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +111, ShanghaiC -3 Hangseng +77. STI closed +7 at 3255. Volume was 1.5b shares. Gainers were 265 to 225 losers.
Trend of STI is pointing up.
Top volumes were AusGroup +0.5, MarcoPoloMarine unchanged, OEL +0.4, RexIntl +0.2, SunMoonFood +0.3, InterraResources -0.2, Jiutian +0.1, Polaris +0.1, Broadway -0.8, SingTel -4.
STI opened +5 at 3253 and traded sideways around this level for the whole morning. It closed for lunch at 3253. After lunch it moved up slightly but heading nowhere until mid morning when it moved positively upwards to reach day high at 3262. It pulled back slightly in the last hour to close at 3255.
Blue chips were mostly green while the general market was mixed.
European bourses are miexed and Dow's future is up at this moment.
