European bourses and Dow closed up last night. Dow was +33 at 28940. Trend of Dow is up. European bourses opened down.
Asian bourses closed mostly down. Nikkei -109, ShanghaiC -17, Hangseng -112. STI closed -17 at 3254. Volume was 1.3b shares. Gainers were 202 to 261 losers.
Trend of STI is sideways.
Top volumes were GoldenAgri -0.5, AusGroup unchanged, YZJ -1, JCGInvestment unchanged, FuYu +3, ThaiBev +1.5, MapletreeNACTr +1, RexIntl unchanged, OEL +0.2, SingTel +1.
STI opened slightly down. It made a small recovery and was at day high at 3276 by 10am. After that it fell and was near day low when closed for lunch at 3258. After lunch it traded at a small range and closed at 3254.
There were more losers than gainers in blue chips. The general market was weaker.
European bourses are mixed while Dow's future is down at this moment.
