European bourses and Dow were up last night. Dow closed +187 at 28723. Trend of Dow is looking up again. European bourses opened up.
Asian bourses closed mixed. Nikkei +164, ShanghaiC closed. Hangseng fell sharply -789. STI closed +3 at 3185. Volume was 1.7b shares. Gainers were 269 to 226 losers.
Trend of STI is looking down.
Top volumes were Medtecs +2.4, Healthway Med -0.2, AsiaMedic unchanged, UGHealthcare +12.5, GoldenAgri -0.5, RexIntl +0.6, MarcoPoloMarine +02, ThomsonMed unchanged, Ntegrator +0.1, Genting -0.5.
STI opened flat and moved up to reach day high at 3194 in the first 30 min of trading. It fell back slightly to close for lunch at 3187. After lunch it fell and was at day low at 3173 one hour before closing. It pulled back slightly to close at 3185.
Blue chips were mixed. The general market was a bit firmer.
European bourses and Dow's future are up at this moment.
