European bourses closed mixed last night. Dow closed +91 at 29030. Trend of Dow is up. European bourses opened mixed.
Asian bourses closed mostly up. Nikkei +17, ShanghaiC -16, Hangseng +109. STI closed +17 at 3274. Volume was 1.4b shares. Gainers were 280 to 183 losers.
Trend of STI is slightly up.
Top volumes were YZJ -1, AA +0.3, AusGroup unchanged, GoldenAgri unchanged, AsiaPhos +0.8, MarcoPoloMarine unchanged, SingTel +7, TeeIntl -0.5, RexIntl -0.3, CapitaComTr +3.
STI opened flat. It then moved higher and was at morning high at 3273. It pulled back slightly to close for lunch at 3264. After lunch it moved higher and closed at near day high at 3274. Day high was 3280.
Blue chips were firmer. The general market was also firmer.
European bourses and Dow are up at this moment.
