European bourses closed mixed while Dow was -152 at 29196.  One year trend of Dow is up.  European bourses opened up.

Asian bourses closed mostly higher.  Nikkei +167, ShanghaiC +8, Hangseng +356.  STI closed +6 at 3254.  Volume was 2b shares.  Gainers were 259 to 216 losers.

Trend of STI is pointing slightly up.

Top volumes were Medtecs +0.6, AsiaMedic -0.2, HealthwayMed +0.3, AusGroup -0.1, Ntegrator +0.2, ThomsonMed +0.1, YZJ -1, DISA -0.1, ThaiBev -2, Jiutian +0.2.

STI opened slightly down, turned positive for a brief moment before turning negative again. It eventually closed flat for lunch.  After lunch STI dipped slightly before resuming to climb and closed near day high at 3254.  Day high was 3259.

Blue chips were mostly up.  The general market was slightly up.

European bourses and Dow's future are up at this moment.
